These garlic Parmesan chicken wings are the perfect party or game-day appetizer. Gluten-free, grain-free, ketogenic, low-carb.
Sometimes I have a realllly bad craving for garlic knots. Or garlic bread. Or really anything super garlicky and full of Parmesan cheese. I’ve had to get creative with this whole no gluten thing, since I have yet to perfect the tricky art of gluten free bread making. Actually, I haven’t even attempted at all yet. Now you all know how lazy I am.
When those cravings strike, I will usually whip up some gluten-free pasta topped with a mountain of Parmesan cheese and garlic, but it doesn’t quite fill the void.
Recently, I realized that I could try stepping up my game by making the same garlic Parmesan seasoning I used to put on my garlic knots, and try putting it on something else. Light bulb! These garlic Parmesan chicken wings are amazing, you guys!
The seasoning is really simple – just mix together some Parmesan, garlic salt, more garlic, dried parsley and a little more garlic for good measure 🙂
This seasoning is super flavorful and works perfectly with some juicy chicken wings. The recipe is incredibly simple to whip up. All you need to do is grab about a pound of chicken wings (I used eight), add in a dash of oil, and mix to coat the chicken thoroughly. Then spread the seasoning over the top and toss in the oven. Super easy garlic Parmesan chicken wings!
You don’t need to do anything while they cook, just kick your feet back and relax until these garlic Parmesan chicken wings are ready to enjoy. Perfect as an appetizer for a party, or as a main dish with a couple of sides. I made mine with some roasted potatoes and sauteed zucchini. Deeeeelish!
