  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spoon by tablespoon-full onto a baking sheet with two inches between. Press down to flatten. The recipe makes approximately 12 cookies.
  4. Cook 13-18 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
