Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix almond flour, mozzarella cheese and eggs in a bowl. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread very thinly.
  3. Place into the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown and the center is firm.
  4. Allow to cool, then slice into 8 squares or strips.
  5. Mix Parmesan garlic topping ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each piece of flatbread.
