Instructions
  1. Make one batch of sun-dried tomato sauce.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain liquid and turn heat down to low. Add in fresh spinach and sun-dried tomato sauce. Cook until spinach wilts, stirring occasionally. Enjoy immediately.
  3. Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
