Apple Cinnamon Mug Cake with Caramel Sauce (Low-Carb, Paleo)

To cook apples
Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat, and add in apples.
Cook until apples soften, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Top with cinnamon and mix until well-coated.
To assemble mug cake
Melt butter in a ramekin or mug.
Add in coconut flour and mix until no more clumps.
Add in egg and mix again until egg is fully incorporated.
Mix in sweetener, cinnamon and the cooked apples.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Allow to cool for a minute, then top with caramel sauce and enjoy.
