Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon (16 oz)
  • 6 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 head butterhead, romaine or another sturdy, large-leaf lettuce
  • mustard or your favorite dressing to taste

Instructions

  • Cook bacon on the stove, according to package.
  • Add one or two slices of bacon to the inside of a lettuce leaf.
  • Add in cherry tomatoes, and a dressing of your choice, to taste.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
