Tasty Garlic Rosemary Roasted Cauliflower (Low-Carb, Keto, Paleo)
This tasty garlic rosemary roasted cauliflower is sure to please. A super simple side dish for every occasion. Low-carb, ketogenic, paleo, vegetarian and Whole30 compliant.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1/2 tsp Salt I love this Himalayan pink salt
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
Preheat oven to 400F.
Chop head of cauliflower into small florets and pour into a bowl.
Melt butter or ghee and add in salt. Pour mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat.
Mince garlic and remove rosemary leaves from stems. Toss into bowl and stir to combine.
Pour into a medium baking dish and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before consuming.
