This tasty garlic rosemary roasted cauliflower is sure to please. A super simple side dish for every occasion. Low-carb, ketogenic, paleo, vegetarian and Whole30 compliant.

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Salt I love this Himalayan pink salt
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 cloves fresh minced garlic


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Chop head of cauliflower into small florets and pour into a bowl.
  • Melt butter or ghee and add in salt. Pour mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat.
  • Mince garlic and remove rosemary leaves from stems. Toss into bowl and stir to combine.
  • Pour into a medium baking dish and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before consuming.
