Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz. cans chicken cubed and pre-cooked, water drained
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • handful of cilantro or green onions
  • pinch of salt I love this Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh

Instructions

  • Mash avocados in a bowl and then add all other ingredients. Mix together until fully incorporated. That's all there is to it...enjoy!
