Low-Carb Protein Waffles (Keto, Paleo)

  • 2 tablespoons protein powder either sweetened or unsweetened will work
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener omit if using sweetened protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract if using unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum


  • Preheat waffle maker.
  • Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix to combine. Spray waffle maker with nonstick spray (I like the coconut oil or olive oil based sprays). Add in waffle batter. Cook until browned to your liking. Repeat until all batter is used up.
