Toss In Your Leftovers Soup
A "toss in your leftovers" soup that will turn all of your leftover ingredients into a delectable hearty meal. Simply throw in your leftovers and let the crockpot do it's magic! Gluten-free, grain-free, Paleo, low-carb, ketogenic.
chicken or beef broth
Here is my
homemade bone broth!
chopped veggies of your choice
I used carrots
greens of your choice
I used spinach
omit for Paleo or low-carb
I used kale sausage which I browned and then sliced
Rosemary, oregano and basil all work well here
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook meat if it isn't already cooked.
Toss all ingredients in the crockpot and set to low. Simmer for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. That's all there is to it...enjoy!
