Gluten-Free Cheddar Biscuits (Keto, Grain-Free)
For the optional garlic butter sauce: 2 Tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix cheddar cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, 3 Tbsp butter eggs, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder together.
Place by spoonfuls on a sheet pan. The recipe makes 6-8 biscuits. Place in oven for 12-14 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, mix all sauce ingredients together, if desired.
When biscuits are nice and crispy, remove from oven and pour topping over them right away, if desired.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
