Ingredients
1large headcauliflowerchopped into small florets, even in size works best so they cook evenly
2tablespoonsolive oil or melted coconut oil
1/4cupalmond flour or mealcourse ground almond flour works best (30 g)
1-1/2teaspoonsalt
2tsppaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add cauliflower florets (small florets work best) to a bowl and sprinkle with olive or coconut oil. Toss to coat.
To a separate bowl, add almond flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Stir to mix.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture on top of the cauliflower a little at a time. Stir to coat. Repeat until all mixture is added and evenly coats the cauliflower.
Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is fork tender. Smaller florets may cook sooner, and larger florets might need longer. Check around the 20 minute mark to ensure they do not overcook.
