Roasted Green Beans
These roasted green beans are incredibly flavorful and gourmet, but also incredibly simple to make! Low-carb, Paleo, Whole30, vegan.

Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash green beans and pat dry with paper towels.
Add green beans to a bowl and sprinkle with coconut oil. Stir to coat. Toss with garlic, salt and pepper.
Lay green beans out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until soft and the edges begin to brown.
