1/2smallseedless watermelon
1cupcoconut water
Instructions
To a blender, add the watermelon meat (remove the rind). Blend until the mix is liquified, approximately 60 seconds. Add in coconut water and mix to combine.
Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer until solidified, which could take up to 24 hours.
