Ingredients
4tablespoons100% pumpkin
2cupsunsweetened almond or coconut milk(16 oz)
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonvanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
stevia (for low-carb) or coconut sugar (for Paleo) to taste
Instructions
Heat almond or coconut milk until steaming.
Mix in pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener. If there are still clumps of pumpkin, use an immersion blender until creamy and smooth. Top with coconut cream and additional cinnamon, if desired.
