1tablespoonground cumin
1tablespoonground coriander
1-1/2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1teaspoonground cardamom
1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4teaspoonground cloves
1/4teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ground ingredients together in an air-tight container. Use within several months.
Alternatively, you can use fresh, whole spices, and grind them in a clean coffee grinder.
