Ingredients
1/2cupnut butter of choicenatural, with no added sugar
2tablespoonssunflower seeds
2tablespoonshemp seeds
1tablespoonchia seeds
2tablespoonscocoa powder
1tablespooncoconut flour
2tablespoonssweetener of choiceI recommend using something granulated
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes, so the coconut flour and chia seeds can absorb the moisture from the nut butter. ***see note below about the nut butter
Form into balls and place in the fridge until ready to consume.
Notes
A note on the nut butter you choose: I recommend that you use something natural without a bunch of sugar-added. Natural nut butters often separate, leaving the oil at the top. You do not want the oil in this recipe, otherwise the balls will be much too liquidy.
