1lbchicken breasts(16 oz or 0.45 kg)
1small headred cabbage
1tablespoonCajun seasoning mix (premade)OR mix the following to make your own mix, and use 1 tablespoon of the mix for this recipe: 1 teaspoon (each) of salt, garlic powder and paprika, 1/2 teaspoon (each) of pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano and thyme
1tablespoonneutral coconut oil or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lay parchment paper or a silicone baking mat onto a baking sheet. Place chicken onto baking sheet.
Slice cabbage into wedges, and place onto baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with coconut oil or olive oil, then sprinkle Cajun seasoning mix on top.
