Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Caramels
A simple and delicious recipe for sugar-free dark chocolate caramels. Made using a keto caramel sauce, these candies are made without harmful artificial sweeteners. Low-carb, Paleo, sugar-free, keto.

Instructions
Make one batch of caramel sauce.
Portion the sauce into silicone molds or baking cups, and place in freezer for 15-30 minutes, or until hard.
Remove from molds and drizzle melted chocolate over top, or dunk them in chocolate.
These store best in the freezer, otherwise they get soft and hard to handle. Store in an air-tight container for up to a month.
