1large bunchasparagus
1tablespoonbutteror coconut oil

Instructions
Remove light-colored ends of asparagus.
In a large pan, add 1 inch of water and the asparagus stems. You want the asparagus spread out into a singe layer. Turn the heat to medium.
Cover and steam for approximately 10 minutes.
Drain water and add butter and salt to the pan. Saute the asparagus over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
