Ingredients
1teaspoonwasabi powderor paste *see note below. I like this wasabi powder
1tablespoonmayohomemade mayo is healthiest
10dropslime juice
half a pinchSalt
splashwateroptional, to thin out into a dressing, if desired
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small dish. Store covered in fridge for up to 5 days, or use right away. You can thin out the sauce by adding water a splash at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.
Notes
*Be sure to check the ingredients if you use wasabi paste, they add some weird things to some brands like modified food starch and milk, which is why I like the powder best.
