Ingredients
1cucumber
1/2cupcanned salmonprecooked
1/2avocado
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop ends off cucumbers and peel, if desired.
Slice into one inch rounds. Using a small spoon, carve out the center of the cucumber rounds, leaving a bit in the bottom so you can pick them up without the filling falling out.
Add the seeds to a bowl with the salmon, avocado and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into the cucumber cups.
