Ingredients
1lbground beef(16 oz), I recommend 80/20 grass-fed
1tablespooncoconut oil
15oz cantomato saucewithout seasoning or sugar added
1tablespoonItalian seasoning of your choice
fresh basil and parsleyto taste, reserve a small amount for topping at end
Salt and pepperto taste
2-3mediumzucchinispiralized or chopped into thin strips
Instructions
Cook ground beef over medium heat in coconut oil until browned.
Add in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, most of the fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, approximately 15-20 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, spiralize the zucchini.
Toss zoodles into a second pan over low heat and lightly saute until cooked to your liking.
Assemble on a plate, and top with finely-minced fresh herbs, if desire.
