Crispy Air-Fried Zucchini Fries
Crispy air-fried zucchini fries are a delicious appetizer or side dish. Perfect for any keto, low-carb or primal meal.

shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Slice zucchinis into small fry-like shapes. Coat each piece in egg, then in shredded Parmesan cheese mixed with salt.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap the fries. If necessary, cook multiple batches, rather than overlapping them.
Bake on 350F for 12 minutes, shaking after 6 minutes.
Best consumed right away, but can be reheated in the air fryer at 350F for 3-4 minutes, or until crispy again.
