A delicious Paleo chocolate chip banana nut bread made with coconut flour, lots of ripe bananas, walnuts and chocolate chips. Not too sweet, this is a healthy bread recipe perfect for breakfast, dessert or any time in between! Paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free and grain-free.

Ingredients
3very ripe bananasmashed
1/2cupcoconut oilmelted
1/4cuphoney
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
4eggs
3/4cupcoconut floursifted
1/4cupwalnuts
1ouncechocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mash bananas in a bowl and add in melted coconut oil, honey, baking soda and eggs. Mix until fully incorporated.
Mix in coconut flour in 1/4 cup increments.
Add in walnuts and chocolate chips, if desired.
Add mix to an oiled bread tin. Place in oven for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from tin and cutting into slices.
