Ingredients
For the flatbread
1/2cupblanched almond flour(56 g)
1/2cupmozzarella cheese(56 g) I like whole milk
3largeeggs
For the Parmesan garlic topping
2tablespoonsbutter
4tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheeseshredded would also work
1/4teaspoongarlic salt
1/2teaspoondried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix almond flour, mozzarella cheese and eggs in a bowl. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread very thinly.
Place into the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown and the center is firm.
Allow to cool, then slice into 8 squares or strips.
Mix Parmesan garlic topping ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each piece of flatbread.
