2tablespoonsno sugar added peanut butter
1tablespooncocoa powder
1mediumfrozen banana
1/2cupunsweetened almond or coconut milk
Additional sweetener of choiceoptional
1scoopunflavored or vanilla protein powder of choiceoptional
1cupiceoptional, if desired for thicker consistency
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until well-incorporated. If desired, add in protein powder of choice. If desired, add in ice for thicker consistency and blend again. Enjoy right away.
