Rosemary and Apple Pork Chops (Whole30, Paleo)
These four-ingredient rosemary and apple pork chops are a sure-fire winning recipe for your family. They're so gourmet that your family may have trouble believing you made them yourself! Whole30 compliant, Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a large cast iron pan over medium high heat.
Once the pan is really hot, add in pork chops and sprinkle with salt. Sear on each side until browned, approximately 1-2 minutes on each side.
Place sliced apples and diced onions in a large baking dish. Placed seared pork chops in the dish and top with the sprigs of rosemary.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
