These BLT lettuce wraps are one of the easiest ways I have found to enjoy even more bacon in my life. Because after all, there is no such thing as too much bacon. This cliche certainly rings true, but I promise these BLT wraps are anything but.
Filled with lots of crispy bacon, fresh cherry tomatoes, and crisp lettuce, you’re especially in for a treat when you top them with some delicious honey or dijon mustard, or another dressing of your choice.
There are tons of ways to enjoy bacon, but this has to be one of the easiest ways to make bacon the entire focus of your meal. Plus, other than the bacon, there is no cooking required, which makes this a super-simple recipe perfect for summer! So invite some friends over, and make these BLT lettuce wraps the hit of the party!
You can make these BLT lettuce wraps with any type of bacon you want. If you’re a hardcore keto or Paleo person, you can certainly use sugar-free bacon in these.
As far as the tomatoes go, any type will work, although I have to say that these rainbow cherry tomatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had!
For lettuce, I used butter head, but any large-leaf lettuce should do the trick. Romaine or iceberg works well also. Anything sturdy enough, but still pliable, so it can be bent to prevent the toppings from spilling out.

BLT Lettuce Wraps (Keto, Paleo, Whole30)
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon (16 oz)
- 6 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 head butterhead, romaine or another sturdy, large-leaf lettuce
- mustard or your favorite dressing to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon on the stove, according to package.
- Add one or two slices of bacon to the inside of a lettuce leaf.
- Add in cherry tomatoes, and a dressing of your choice, to taste.
- Roll up and enjoy!
